INTRODUCTION

Remember the days of the 28.8 modem? The year was 1998 and the average website was either all text, or if it had any pictures at all, was very slow! As a solution to this problem, Blackbird Entertainment was formed to create quick to load, distinctive websites with strong content and great visuals.

THE SR-71 BLACKBIRD

The Blackbird Entertainment website is fast and pleasing to the eye, just like its namesake, the SR-71 Blackbird, legendary long-range spy-plane developed for the U.S. Air Force. Ordered by the CIA during the height of the Cold War, the SR-71's task was to fly over the Soviet Union, photographing over 100,000 square miles in a single hour, without the fear of being shot down by surface-to-air missiles. To this day, the SR-71 holds most all of the speed records for aircraft including the record for flying from New York to London, covering the distance in 1 hour and 55 minutes!

COMPANY HISTORY

In 1998, Blackbird Entertainment began doing business with the launch of Condo Biz On-Line, an internet directory of vendors for the Homeowners Association industry. Condo Biz On-Line was developed as an internet "sourcebook" where the association board member or property manager can go to and locate locally qualified, service providers with Community Association experience. Over the years, Blackbird Entertainment has obtained a wealth of experience putting together and managing distinctive, marketing type websites.

THE FUTURE

With the sale of Condo Biz On-Line in 2002, Blackbird Entertainment is now completely focused on producing and managing third generation websites for all type of business & professional - see our Examples Page.
